My name is brett. I'm a newspaper columnist in Southeast PA.
I just upgraded to SuperAntiSpywarePro, lifetime subscription.
Recently, I had the one-year subscription, and I have liked it. My intent was to continue
using the product, but it would not allow upgrades. The free version would not work, either.
I then decided to get the latest version, with "lifetime subscription."
Regardless what I do, however, the product will not accept the Invoice/Order Number (as in your email) as a key.
I uninstalled all versions of the application, but it does not work.
Where is my key? Did I mess up?
Currently I am on deadline. I would like to keep your product.
