SAS vs Microsoft Security Essentials

What does SAS do that Microsoft Security Essentials does not ?

Many things...but as far as malware detection/removal goes, SAS is not an antivirus program, nor is it designed to replace an Antivirus Program. With that being said, most "viruses" aren't viruses at all, and SAS does remove all types of malware except for "true viruses" (which are rare).

There is no known compatibility issue between SAS and any other antivirus program.
