  1. (SOLVED) Signing-in problems

Many thanks. For some reason, I'd saved the forum in my Favourites as http://forums.superantispyware.com/ and have been trying to sign from there - hence the problems. I've now changed both that forum shortcut and my Norton Vault to point to http://forums.superantispyware.com/index.php?/login/ as you suggested and it's now working normally. Thanks again. Your help is much appreciated.
  2. (SOLVED) Signing-in problems

Hi - I've managed to replicate it. After these steps: Clicked on Existing User-Sign in > got Sign In window > Norton Vault didn’t auto-populate the window so I opened the Vault, found SAS, clicked on it and got “Sorry – there is a problem. The page you requested does not exist. Error code 2S100/6” on this page: http://forums.superantispyware.com/index.php?app=core&module=global&section=login At that stage instead of clicking Sign in at the top, I clicked Sign in underneath the "Sorry there is a problem" message and got this larger sign in screen on http://forums.superantispyware.com/index.php?/login/ It still gave me the error Sorry there is a problem but I was signed in.
  3. (SOLVED) Signing-in problems

Hi - it's happened again, although I still got through in the end. The difference this time was after the first failed attempt, instead of the small Sign In window top right there was a large sign in window in the Left, bottom quarter of the screen. It was there for only a split second so I couldn't get the URL. I'll try again later.
  4. (SOLVED) Signing-in problems

Thanks for reopening this. Here's the info you asked for: I Clicked on Existing User-Sign in > got Sign In window > Unchecked Remember Me (in case it’s remembering incorrect info)> Norton Vault didn’t auto-populate the window so I opened the Vault, found SAS, clicked on it and got “Sorry – there is a problem. The page you requested does not exist. Error code 2S100/6” on this page: http://forums.superantispyware.com/index.php?app=core&module=global&section=login Opened Vault, got the Sign In Name & Password and entered manually > got the same error message but this time on this page http://forums.superantispyware.com/index.php?app=core&module=global&section=login&_fromLogin=1 But I was actually signed in despite what was showing. However, what in the UK is referred to politely as Sid's Law has kicked in since. In the absence of a notification email I signed in just now to check. I didn't get the error message pages! Thanks.
  5. How do I post a picture please?

Thanks GuiltSpark. Dragging my snip worked fine, Much appreciated.
  6. Hi. Whenever I sign in I go through failed/error messages. I click on my Norton Identity Safe Vault and that gets me through but via a screen - attached - saying there's been a problem although I'm now signed in. I saved my sign-in ID & password in the Vault as a single step sign-in. Should I switch to a two-step sign-in? That's what I'm having to use at the moment to sign into Outlook mail and/or my Microsoft account.
  7. How can I stop the annoying 'Free trial' pop-up?

Hi again. I clicked Decline before but fingers crossed . . . ! Thanks.
  8. I created a thread a few days ago. I couldn't find instructions on how to post a picture so I simply copied a snip & pasted it in my thread. That worked several times but not today. Can you point me to the Forum FAQ/posting pictures please. Cheers.
  9. How can I stop the annoying 'Free trial' pop-up?

second attempt to post snip also failed
  10. How can I stop the annoying 'Free trial' pop-up?

well, I uninstalled it using Revo Free and wasn't surprised to then see this: I clicked Decline - just as I had done last time so I won't be surprised if the annoying 'Free Trial expired' pop-ups start again in 14 days' time. pop-up snip hasn't appeared
  11. How can I stop the annoying 'Free trial' pop-up?

Thanks. I assume it's what I showed above - it doesn't show Professional on it and it is a bit naughty that it was installed even though I didn't ask for it. But it's a great product & I just wish I could afford to buy it! Ah well . . . thanks for your help
  12. How can I stop the annoying 'Free trial' pop-up?

Thanks for that SUPERsupport. I am not a paid subscriber and I definitely didn't sign up for the Trial version. In the linked FAQ it says "3. Find SUPERAntiSpyware in the list of installed programs and select it. It should appear as SUPERAntiSpyware FREE Edition or SUPERAntiSpyware Professional Edition, depending on what edition of the software you have installed." My Control Panel just says 'SUPERAntiSpyware'. and if I 'ask Cortana' this is what I am eventually taken to: Do the instructions in effect mean that I have to totally uninstall whatever's installed on my PC and then reinstall SUPERAntiSpyware Free, please? Thanks in anticipation PS I should have said that I continue to click Don't remind me but to no avail and I never tried the Free Trial!
  13. This is a complete pain. How do I stop it? I DIDN'T try the free trial because I don't want it and now every time I power up, and at regular intervals throughout the day & night, up it pops. It's also a drain on my Norton Internet Security with 6 GB Disk Read Activity. Hoping someone can help me. Thanks
  14. ( SOLVED ) Multiple users

I want to ask this too. I have three excellent protection programs, yours, Norton IS and MBAM. Norton scans every User Account and I'll shortly be asking MBAM. I use SUPERAntiSpyware Free edition. Does the paid-for version scan every UA? If not, is it worth me posting a suggestion in that section of the Forum, please?
