  2. Hi there and thanks. I've done what you asked and just awaiting the outcome. Just wondering... is there a more manual way to remove it? I've hardly used this pc and can happily lose any stuff i've put on it, if i restore it to factory settings would that get rid of browsefox? cheers
  3. Have just recently purchased sas professional for the sole suppose of removing browsefox off my pc. It hasn't succeeded. Am at present waiting for a representative to reply to my message but it still hasn't been read after about 18 hours. Can anyone please help me to remove this nasty little bug?
